Wisconsin Licensed Nursing Department Chair

Providing leadership to faculty and students, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Nursing Department Chair will oversee ASN, BSN, and Master's Direct Entry programs in a remote capacity, focusing on hiring, training, and programmatic management while actively participating in student orientation and faculty development. Key responsibilities Manage hiring, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff while overseeing programmatic management Participate in new student orientation and contribute to various academic committees Provide student advising and address student complaints and engagement issues Required qualifications Doctorate Degree in Nursing (DNP or PhD) required Active and unencumbered Wisconsin or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 5 years of online teaching experience preferred Experience with CCNE accreditation preferred
