Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans. Provide patient care. Communication Skills. Orients, trains and supervises new staff as well as current staff Special Projects Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in OT or PT. Preferred: Master’s Degree in SLP. Experience Required – three years or more acute care experience. Desired – 1 year or more in a supervisory capacity. Licensure Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance. Certifications Required: Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Speech Language Pathologist, as required by State law Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or documentation that you are in the process of completing CCC, in the case of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP Basic CPR.
