Registered Nurse (RN)This position offers a 7on/7off schedule, where the working days are Thursday to Wednesday. Orientation will take place for a couple of days prior to the start date, during which nurses will be required to work day shifts. Following orientation, the shift will transition to night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with medical guidelines and protocols.Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Participate in emergency response situations as needed.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license.Experience in Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room settings is required.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is mandatory.Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Additional RequirementsCandidates must have reliable transportation as public transportation services are not available in the area. Housing arrangements can be facilitated through the facility based on availability, but are provided only during scheduled shifts. If you arrive a day earlier, hotel accommodations will be necessary at your own expense.This is an opportunity to work in a 14-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) with a 4-bed Emergency Room and 2-3 swing beds.
