Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$2080.80/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled RN with Telemetry experience for a 13-week travel assignment. The role involves providing patient care on a MedSurg/Telemetry unit with a focus on critical thinking and time management. Responsibilities: Admit and discharge patients, ensuring accurate documentation within the EMR system. Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry data to detect abnormal patterns. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols. Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions and procedures. Qualifications: Current RN license with valid state registration. ACLS certification is required prior to submission. Proven Med Surg and Telemetry experience. Strong critical thinking and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
