Physical Therapist - Outpatient Services

This position offers a Day 5x8-Hour shift scheduled from 08:00 to 17:30, working 5 days per week.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide support for outpatient services and some acute care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions including various specialized techniques, such as wound care and lymphedema management.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress during treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy strategies and home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with charge experience.
• Experience with Cerner charting system is required.
• Current Physical Therapist license is mandatory.
• COVID-19 vaccination required, booster preferred; medical/religious exemptions may be considered.
