Spiritual Companion

Overview As a Spiritual Companion for the Espiritualidad de la Familia program, you will provide spiritual direction during monthly synchronous online meetings and retreats, supporting a small group of students. Responsibilities Provide a safe listening environment for all participants. Ensure student confidentiality. Check in on students who might need additional support after meetings. Debrief after sessions to support supervision and gather program evaluation feedback. Exhibit behavior that supports the mission, vision, and values of Loyola Marymount University. Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service. Qualifications Certified Spiritual Director. Compensation and Terms Hourly rate of $25 for a fixed‑term seasonal position.
