Job Description
Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to provide services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The focus of this role is to assist patients in developing and restoring functional independence in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

Implement therapy interventions as outlined in the OT plan of care.
Accurately and timely document patient progress.
Assist with patient and family education for improved understanding and compliance.
Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising OT.
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Active state COTA license (or the ability to obtain one).
Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
