Physical Therapist, Outpatient

ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Outpatient in Columbus, Indiana.

Columbus, IN

This is a 13-week contract position.

Varied shifts available.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. You will be responsible for delegating therapy services and ensuring functional programs for effective community reintegration. Additional responsibilities include educating patients, families, students, and coworkers, as well as participating in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals to facilitate patient progress toward discharge.
• Document care in a clear, concise, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Participate in student programs, providing supervision and evaluations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.
• Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure.
• Understand and participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.

Certifications/Licensure

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
