Make a real difference in the lives of students by utilizing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a K-8 school focused on supporting children with autism. This full-time contract opportunity offers consistent daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 2:35 PM, letting you balance work with your personal life.

You’ll play a pivotal role as a consultant across five dedicated autism classrooms, each serving 6-8 students. Your insights and strategies will directly impact classroom practices and student outcomes in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience delivering behavioral services in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and best practices in ABA
• Capable of working with K-8 aged children in diverse group settings
• Excellent communication and consultative skills for working with educators and support staff
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing consultation and support to five autism classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and assess individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Conduct observations, functional behavior assessments, and data analysis
• Train and coach instructional teams in ABA techniques and behavioral supports
• Track student progress and adjust programs as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for every student
