What You’ll Do At Enchanted Rock, our people are our greatest asset and we put a strong focus on providing the attention and development necessary to drive employee success. The Sr. Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing more complex medium voltage sites, production of on-site activities, providing daily progress reports, quality reports, updating the Construction Coordinator on any deviation from drawings, and working to resolve any site issues. This role is responsible for all Safety and Quality aspects of the site construction. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with operations, project, engineers, subcontractors and others to provide a safe and quality deliverable within project timelines. Review and understand provided drawings and ensure site is built to drawing, code, and project requirements. Complete daily construction reports, Safety JSA's, and quality reports with documented information. Advise supervisor or engineering team of any deviations from drawings or issues on site to ensure a plan forward prior to action being taken. Maintain strong organizational skills, manage multiple projects, and follow through on assigned tasks. Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with proficiency in relevant software tools. Resolve on-site issues, maintain a clean job site, and support operations teams. Review and provide schedule updates as needed. Demonstrate document control skills. Demonstrate time management skills. Prioritize and understand project sequences to ensure proper project execution. Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand personal network. Lead meetings with outside vendors, contractors, utilities, and clients. Find solutions and overcome problems that may impact the project. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Construction Management. 10+ years experience in a relevant role. 10+ years technical field experience; specifically with medium voltage construction projects & technology. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope, and budget. Ability to understand business needs to drive buy-in among company leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environment. 90% field travel required. Preferred Demonstrate thought‑leadership in learning, challenging the status quo and achieving exceptional results. Possess excellent communication skills and an ability to influence a variety of audiences. Build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.
