Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct safe, positive play among dogs
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for all canine guests
• Oversee staff and dog interactions to ensure safety and fun
• Manage back-of-house operations efficiently
• Implement and train team members on corporate policies
• Identify dog play styles and behaviors, responding proactively
• Ensure guests and their owners feel comfortable and valued
• Contribute to a positive and enthusiastic team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Strong time management skills
• Genuine love and passion for dogs
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to quickly learn dog behavior and company services
