Key Responsibilities

Supervise and direct safe, positive play among dogs
Maintain a clean and healthy environment for all canine guests
Oversee staff and dog interactions to ensure safety and fun
Manage back-of-house operations efficiently
Implement and train team members on corporate policies
Identify dog play styles and behaviors, responding proactively
Ensure guests and their owners feel comfortable and valued
Contribute to a positive and enthusiastic team environment

Qualifications & Skills

Positive attitude and outgoing personality
Strong time management skills
Genuine love and passion for dogs
High school degree or equivalent
Ability to quickly learn dog behavior and company services
