Pay Rate: $56.17 per hour

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients across different levels of acuity, from ICU to progressive care units, including cardiac, stroke, TBI, joint replacements, respiratory illnesses, and neurological conditions
• Develop and follow personalized care plans focused on improving daily function and discharge readiness
• Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and ADL training tailored to individual patient needs
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary inpatient rehab team of 19 professionals
• Chart patient progress using Cerner and document interventions accurately
• Support patients' recovery journey, enabling safe discharge and improved quality of life

What You Need

Required:

• Indiana state OT license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1-year OT experience in an acute care hospital
• Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
• Preferred:
• Manual therapy (NBCOT) or Lymphedema certifications/licenses
• Experience with Cerner charting software
