Key Qualifications:

• Holds a current Virginia SLP license (must meet state licensure requirements)
• Possesses CCC-SLP certification
• Previous experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adept at tailoring interventions across diverse learning needs
• Comfortable providing services exclusively in-person

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and create effective intervention plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student growth
• Engage with school teams for holistic, student-centered solutions
