Entry-Level Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pay: $20/hr
Are you a numbers-savvy professional who thrives on accuracy and organization? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Administrator to support the Operations/Revenue team and grow with the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter data and process revenue
- Perform research when necessary to ensure reconciliations
- Process accounts payable
- Scan documents
- Perform other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years experience in an office setting
- Experience using Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
- Ability to pay a high attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounts payables and a willingness to learn more details
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
