Position Overview The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will provide accurate and timely support for the accounts receivable function within a growing auto dealer group. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to keep financial processes organized and running smoothly in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Post payments and apply receipts accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile customer accounts and assist with resolving billing discrepancies. Track receivables and support collection efforts as needed. Maintain clear and organized financial records and documentation. Assist with billing, account research, and other general accounting support tasks. Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts regarding account activity. Qualifications Prior accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, or Dealertrack. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
