UI/UX Designer

Overview: Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in user interface design, customer experience, and product collaboration . The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of modern design systems, usability principles , and hands-on experience in Figma and React JS , with the ability to translate business goals into intuitive digital experiences. Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions aligned with modern design standards and usability best practices.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into interactive design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups , and detailed visual designs using Figma.
- Work alongside development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components in React JS .
- Enhance overall customer experience by modernizing interfaces and ensuring intuitive navigation flows.
- Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements based on feedback and analytics.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for consistency across applications.
- Total Experience: 8-10 years overall, with at least 3+ years in UI/UX Design .
- Proficiency in Figma and React JS .
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive design principles.
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and design prototypes .
- Proven ability to collaborate with business and product teams to define user requirements.
- Excellent understanding of customer experience design , accessibility, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with design systems or component-based design in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies .
- Basic understanding of front-end development workflows .
- Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
