$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Eligible Full-Time Physical Therapists This is a full-time role with an assigned East Bay territory, providing in-home physical therapy services to patients throughout the region. About the Role We are seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing team across the Bay Area. The ideal clinician is patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to helping patients restore mobility, strength, safety, and independence in the home environment. As an AlphaCare PT, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or functional decline. You will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated, outcome-driven care. At AlphaCare, success is measured not only by compliance — but by patient mobility, fall prevention, functional independence, and quality of life.
