Desired Skills and Abilities 2+ years of nanny experience with infants. Ultimate flexibility is a must. 110% reliable and dependable. Safety‑focused, knowledgeable of infant milestones, and a self‑starter. Compensation and Benefits Rate of Pay (gross): $33‑$40 per hour gross. With guaranteed hours, the annualized compensation is $68,640‑$83,200 gross. Benefits and Perks Offered: Standard benefits: 2 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.
