Job Title : Solution Architect
Experience Required - 5+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Platform & Foundational Engineering
• SDLC control and resiliency and change- related NFR implementation
• Vulnerability, compliance, and dependency management
• Resiliency, scalability, and architectural design of platforms
• Observability, monitoring, analytics, and metrics
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (GitHub Actions, XLR)
• Multi-platform integration and expansion (AWS, TIMS, Hydra)
• Security controls, auditing, and fail-open frameworks
• QA processes, testing frameworks, and release validation
• Feature prioritization, rollout support, and defect management
• Documentation and operational readiness
• Incident management, troubleshooting, and escalations
• Familiarity with languages like Java , Python for solution design
