Shift Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. Location: St. Mary's College of Maryland – 16800 Point Lookout Road, Saint Mary's City, MD 20686 (online applications only). Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary. Evening and weekend availability required. Details discussed in interview. Pay: $17.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who do not meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Serve as a mentor, develop employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous food service and front‑of‑house experience required. Must be available for evening and weekend shifts. Good communication and leadership skills.
