Required Skills:

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology
• Active PA license or IMLC License of Qualification (LOQ)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred
• Proficiency in MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound techniques
• Ability to perform regional anesthesia, nerve blocks, and OB anesthesia
• Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols across multiple specialties

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with epidural and obstetric anesthesia
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system
• Ability to work independently during solo night shifts
• Regional and high-volume orthopedic anesthesia skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Proven track record working in hospital-based anesthesia teams
• Experience handling diverse patient populations, including pediatric and elderly patients

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts and sporadic solo nights
• Flexibility to cover 1-4 weeks per month as needed
• Certifications in ACLS and PALS are mandatory
• Willing to undergo credentialing within 90 days (expedited options available for qualified candidates)
• No DEA required
