What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly, professional first voice our customers hear when they call

• Schedule service and maintenance visits using dispatch software

• Coordinate technician routes and make real-time schedule adjustments

• Create and manage service tickets using ServiceTitan (or similar)

• Keep customers updated about arrival times or delays

• Track job progress and keep internal teams informed

• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction

• Assist with commercial account scheduling and department projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatching or customer service , preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or trades

• Knowledge of ServiceTitan (or similar software) is a big plus

• Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication skills

• Organized, calm under pressure, and great at juggling tasks

• Reliable, proactive, and a natural team player
