Coding Instructor Location: 14891 N Northsight Blvd #129 Scottsdale, Arizona 85260 Position: Computer Science Tutor/Instructor Employment Type: Part Time, 5-15 hours/week Hours of Operation: Weekdays 2p - 8p, including Saturdays 9a-4p Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience We are looking for dynamic, energetic, forward‑thinking individuals who can provide a fun and safe learning environment for children. Our Computer Science Tutors are the lifeblood of our Code Ninjas center, overseeing day‑to‑day coaching and student engagement. Responsibilities Train and master the curriculum Create a positive, safe environment for student growth Work with multiple children simultaneously on diverse curriculum paths, providing customized tutoring based on individual learning styles Provide feedback to parents after sessions Maintain cleanliness of the center throughout the day Report daily and weekly to the Center Director on progress and activities Desired Qualifications Outgoing, energetic, and an extrovert Experience working with children ages 7 and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, etc.) Experience interacting with the general public Experience in teaching, mentoring, or childcare Collaborative team player Quick learner of basic concepts Fun, adaptable, and thrives in fast‑paced environments High school or college students are encouraged to apply.
