We're hiring motivated new grads to join our growing sales team in the Kansas City area. No insurance license or sales experience required - we'll pay for your training and licensing so you can hit the ground running!

What We're Looking For

• Accomplished new grad: Bachelor's degree in any field. Preference given to candidates with 3.5+ GPA and involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Tech savvy: Above-average technical skills; learning new systems and tools comes naturally to you.
• Passionate about sales: You are driven and excited about a career in sales.
• Ambitious: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your career growth. You thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven: You can manage a large workload, multi-task, and balance priorities. No task is too small; "that's not my job" is never your mantra.
• Leadership potential: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $60K base salary + uncapped commission, averaging $100K-$200K+ (top agents earn $200K+)
• Equity: Stock options in a fast-growing company
