What You'll Be Doing Coordinating daily job site operations and keeping crews on track Scheduling subcontractors and vendors efficiently Serving as the go-to contact for clients throughout each project Tracking timelines, flagging issues early, and keeping documentation tight Conducting site visits, walkthroughs, and quality inspections Keeping permits, records, and project notes organized and up to date What We’re Looking For Strong communicator and natural problem-solver Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once Construction, trades, or home improvement experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told Why Join Kowboy Fence?
