Application Deadline 8/1/2026 Position Details This full‑time faculty position is on‑campus and in‑person. Texas Christian University is hiring for the position of Instructor in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis in the Neeley School of Business. The successful candidate will begin employment in August 2026. Responsibilities Teach a range of finance and real estate courses at the undergraduate level. Incorporate knowledge of financial decision‑making for businesses, including evaluating financial statements, capital budgeting, cash flow management, and debt and equity valuation. Teach real estate finance topics such as real estate markets, investment analysis, and risk‑return considerations in real estate assets. Qualifications Earned master’s degree or doctorate degree in a relevant discipline; the degree should be completed by August 2026. Background in real estate finance, investment, and valuation. Evidence of excellence in teaching at the college level. Professional experience in a business‑related field is preferred. Salary Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
