Project Manager

Project Managers play a critical role in my client’s successful operation. Through pre-planning, they ensure that projects are performed safely, with high quality and profitability. Successful project managers will effectively pre-plan and communicate with key parties including customers, vendors, general contractors, and sub-contractors to coordinate labor, material, and equipment to ensure a successful installation.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Ideal Candidate/Requirements:

• Must be able to read architectural drawings
• Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of organizing and project planning
• Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources
• Understand how to successfully maintain strict adherence to the budget, quality, and safety standards
• Must be able to lead the project team and is responsible for the financial, safety, and efficiency outcomes achieved, on assigned projects.
• Must be able to manage profitability, on time completion of assigned projects.
• Knowledge of reviewing contracts, estimating, change order management, scheduling, document control, and problem solving
• Extensive knowledge in managing the procurement, budgeting, and daily reports.
