Senior Financial Analyst

Addison Group is representing a supply chain and inventory centric organization who is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role will provide critical finance support and story telling to operational leaders. Responsibilities: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support key business decisions. Develop and maintain complex financial models to assist with forecasting, budgeting, and planning. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide timely and actionable insights into company performance. Prepare and present financial data for quarterly reviews, investor meetings, and board reports. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed. Support the month-end close process, including variance analysis and reporting. Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting, while adhering to corporate financial policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus. 4 years of experience in financial analysis and finance business partnering Prior business partnering experience with manufacturing, inventory, logistics, procurement, distribution, or supply chain a plus Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to synthesize complex data required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior leadership. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Must be able to work in-office up to 3 days a week or as needed.
