Experienced Screen Printer - Full-Time

1,000 Productions is looking for an experienced screen printer to join our production team full-time. We create custom merch, apparel, artist merch, tour merch, brand drops, and print projects for businesses, artists, clothing brands, and creative entrepreneurs. We are looking for someone who already has real screen printing experience and can step into production with confidence. This is not an entry-level training role. The right person understands screen setup, registration, ink handling, garment placement, curing, production speed, quality control, and maintaining a clean, organized workflow. Responsibilities Operate screen printing equipment for apparel production Set up screens, register artwork, and prepare jobs for production Print clean, consistent, high-quality designs on garments Maintain proper garment placement and print alignment Monitor print quality throughout each run Handle inks, squeegees, screens, and production tools properly Assist with job prep, breakdown, reclaiming, and production flow Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area Communicate clearly with the team about job status, issues, and production needs Work efficiently while keeping quality high Requirements Previous screen printing experience required Must understand registration, placement, pressure, curing, and print consistency Experience printing on T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel Able to work full-time on-site in Dallas, TX Reliable, detail-oriented, and production-minded Able to stand for long periods and lift boxes of garments when needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Must care about quality, consistency, and getting jobs done correctly Preferred but Not Required Experience with automatic presses Experience with manual presses Knowledge of plastisol and water-based inks Experience with screen reclaiming Experience in merch, streetwear, tour merch, or clothing brand production About 1,000 Productions 1,000 Productions is a creative merch and production company based in Dallas, TX.
