Public Works Engineer — Design, Inspections & CAD (4-Day Week)

City of Rowlett

The City of Rowlett is seeking a Graduate Engineer for Public Works/Engineering to supervise city construction projects and support design, data collection, and cost estimation. You will help prepare plans and specifications, review bids, and ensure compliance with standards. You will work with engineering staff to provide technical guidance, perform complex calculations, and communicate effectively with consultants and the public.
