Job Description

365 Days of Care Healthcare Agency is a holistic, patient-centered home care agency serving Monmouth County, NJ. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to our clients.

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with light meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
Observe and report any changes in client condition.
Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients.
Assit with office works specially on weekends.
