Ware BH Office Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced medical office environment. Duties include drafting basic correspondence, answering telephones, data entry, providing information to callers, daily insurance verification and scheduling appointments; other related duties as assigned.

Will work Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM.

Knowledge of general office procedures including typing, filing, etc. Demonstrate customer service skills and phone etiquette. Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner while having multiple interruptions. Proficient with computers, including knowledge of office software, i.e. Microsoft Office.

High school diploma or GED and two years' experience in general office work. Experience in behavioral health, CNA or medical assistant preferred.
