Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where you can make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive physical therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services focused on improving mobility, function, and overall wellness
• Educate patients and family members on treatment goals, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within EMR systems
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and professional practice standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Candidates with pending licensure or those planning to sit for board exams within the next six months are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Practice Setting

• Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic
• Monday - Friday Day Schedule
• No On-Call Requirements
• No Night Shifts
• No Weekend Coverage Required
• Average Patient Volume: 11-12 patients per day
• Patient Population: Youth athletes through active geriatric patients
