Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Beckley, WV. This role focuses on providing exceptional physical therapy services in a dynamic and supportive environment. - Review patient records for diagnosis, medical history, and precautions.
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patient independence.
- Regularly reassess treatment plan effectiveness and patient progress.
- Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and relevant parties.
- Consult with medical providers regarding evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
- Recommend and assist in securing adaptive equipment for patient functionality.
- Maintain and submit required documentation within specified timelines.
- Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care activities.
- Participate in staff development programs and pursue continuing education.
- WV PT license (Compact licenses accepted)
- Experience with OASIS and Home Health
- HCHB experience preferred
