Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatrics preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students, focusing on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Screen, evaluate, and diagnose speech and language disorders in preschool or elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to develop and support effective communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff conferences
• Provide support and education to families and staff as needed
