• Shift: 3x 13-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Hours/week: 39 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: MA State License, BC in Neurosurgery required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $151.32/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with neurosurgery residents to develop patient care plans
• Perform inpatient neurosurgery duties, including patient assessments, orders, and discharge planning
• Review and update patient charts and medical orders
• Assist with removing drains (Hemovac/J-P drains) when needed
• Conduct patient rounding and follow-up on neurological cases
• Document patient progress in Epic EMR system
• Support discharge procedures and coordinate patient care transitions

What You Need:

• Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
• MA State License
• Minimum 1 year experience in neurology/neurosurgery
• Proficiency in inpatient neurosurgical procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
