About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's financial strategy and growth. The successful candidate will be a true expert in the real estate development industry, with a hands-on approach and a background in accounting and finance. Responsibilities for this role include leading financial and investor reporting, treasury and capital structure management, and partnering with development teams on large-scale, mixed-use projects. The CFO will be instrumental in the company's expansion and will be expected to bring a wealth of experience in financial modeling, project underwriting, and a deep understanding of GAAP, tax, multi-entity reporting, and joint venture partnerships. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the real estate development industry and a relevant finance or accounting background at the CFO or SVP Finance level. A BS in finance or accounting is required, with a CPA or MBA being highly preferred. The role demands a candidate who is an Arizona resident, eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, and is willing to work on-site in the Phoenix Metro area. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and will be excited about the opportunity to work on large-scale, mixed-use developments across the United States.
