Pharmacy Liaison: Specialty Access & PA Support

HonorHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Liaison in Phoenix, AZ, within Pharmacy Specialty. The role coordinates patient care, guides enrollment through plan steps, and helps overcome barriers such as prior authorizations and high medication costs. You will support medication access and therapy management from enrollment through ongoing therapy, engaging patients and caregivers to ensure adherence.
