Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Service heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Refrigeration experience is a major plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops when required.
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds with or without assistance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continue professional development.

Compensation

• $22.00 – $35.00 per hour , based on experience.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities.
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus after 6 months of employment.
