JOB OVERVIEW

• An excellent opportunity awaits for both experienced Board-Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians as well as newly trained Board Eligible Physicians.

• Become a part of our high-achieving multi-specialty group at a new practice site, which promises remarkable professional advancement for OB/Gyn specialists.

• On-call rotation is set at 1:5.

• Our clinic is equipped with onsite facilities for Ultrasound, Colposcopy, LEEP procedures, and Stress Testing.

• Antepartum and Acute Care services are provided at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, the sixth-largest medical facility in Illinois. This center is a key teaching affiliate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria and serves as the region's only Level 1 Trauma Center and tertiary care facility.

• Providers at OSF St. Francis Medical Center conduct around 2,300 deliveries annually.

• Our Level IV NICU and Level III Nursery, along with Pediatric specialists and hospitalists, deliver exceptional care for our smallest patients at OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois.

• The full-time clinical salary range for this role is between $437,000 and $500,000.

  • This range is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as the critical need for the position, overall experience, qualifications, community demand, and other considerations. Additional compensation may include bonuses or incentives based on performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Doctorate degree required. Licenses/Certifications: Must be a licensed physician in the state of practice.

• Must be board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty(ies) and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.

• Eligibility as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs is required.

• Must meet all qualifications for participation in our professional malpractice and liability coverage programs.

• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.

Demonstrates the necessary knowledge and skills to provide patient care that aligns with the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served.
