QA Tech Lead

Role: QA Tech Lead
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for large-scale, enterprise applications.

Lead the design and maintenance of automation frameworks, specifically leveraging TOSCA for model-based test automation.

Oversee test execution, defect management, and environment stability for the project.

Act as the primary technical point of contact between the end client’s engineering teams and the QA delivery unit.

Provide technical guidance and code reviews for a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality script development.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 14+ years in Software Quality Assurance with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect capacity.

Advanced hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA (including AS1, AS2, and TDS certifications preferred).

Strong proficiency in other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Experience managing QA for complex, data-heavy systems or ERP environments.

Exceptional professional communication skills, capable of presenting quality metrics to executive stakeholders.

Location: Ability to work 100% onsite in Houston, TX.
