Job details Dynamic Safety Solutions is seeking a driven Safety Advisor with at least 2 years’ experience in the construction sector and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical operations within data centre environments. What you will do Be the go‑to expert for practical health & safety guidance across live construction projects, working closely with teams and reporting to management. Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance checks while keeping close eye on daily documentation and on‑site activities. Support the creation and implementation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Construction Safety Plans. Lead incident, accident and near‑miss investigations – driving clear reports and effective corrective actions. Deliver engaging toolbox talks, site inductions and safety briefings that make an impact. Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, company procedures and ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001). Champion a proactive safety culture on site while keeping statutory inspection registers accurate and up‑to‑date. Who you are Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in the construction industry. Recognised Health & Safety qualification (Level7 or equivalent). Strong working knowledge of current health & safety legislation. Proven experience creating and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Valid site credentials (e.g. training cards/ID06) and eligibility to work in‑country.
