Millwright - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Riggers/Millwrights/Machinery Movers near Bristow, VA. Key Responsibilities Perform bull rigging using non-crane methods: chain falls, come-alongs, jacks, rollers, and skates. Support MEB structure builds—including setting gear, beam lifts (Pear Lift / Ion Lift), and generator placement. Assist with offloading trucks, swing lifts, and commodity handling in laydown and staging areas. Participate in final alignment, unbolting, and bolt-up of modular units after placement. Operate telehandlers or forklifts as needed (certification required or obtainable). Load securement tools (binders, chocks, dunnage). Pay: $35 Per Diem: $120 / day for all 7 days Schedule: Mon - Sat, Sundays as needed. 60h / week. First week or two will be 9h / day for in-house trainings and then it will be 10h / day. Night shift availability may be required based on project needs. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in industrial rigging, modular installation, or structural construction. Forklift and telehandler Certification training. OSHA 10 Certification. NCCER Advanced Rigger Certification or NCCCO Rigger Level II Certification preferred.
