Downey Trucking, Inc. is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers who want consistent freight, dependable home time, and flexibility in how much they run.

We aren't looking to put every driver into the same schedule. Whether you're looking to run around 2,000 miles a week or 3,000+ , we'll work with you to find the mileage and schedule that fit your goals.

MORE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN

Your CPM isn't the only way to increase your earnings. Our Quarterly Driver Safety Rewards Program gives safe, professional drivers additional opportunities to earn throughout the year.

• $0.01 per qualifying mile each quarter
• Up to $250 for a clean Level I DOT inspection
• Up to $150 for a clean Level II DOT inspection
• Up to $100 for a clean Level III DOT inspection

Some drivers want to run hard and maximize their paycheck. Others prefer to run fewer miles and have more time at home.

We can accommodate both.

Our drivers typically run throughout the Midwest and Southeast , with consistent dry van freight and the flexibility to run the miles that fit their goals.

HAZMAT DRIVERS HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO EARN EVEN MORE

Hazmat is not required , but drivers with a Hazmat endorsement receive additional pay:

• +$0.03 per mile on ALL miles
• Additional +$0.04 per loaded Hazmat mile
• Up to $0.63 CPM for qualified Hazmat-endorsed drivers
• Up to $0.67 CPM on loaded Hazmat miles

We recognize the additional responsibility and requirements that come with Hazmat work and believe our Hazmat drivers should be compensated accordingly.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 24 months OTR experience
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
