Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Entry Level Low Voltage Technician for a long-term opportunity in Kansas City, MO. Earn $17–$24 per hour based on experience, and start building a career in the construction and low-voltage industry! Entry Level Low Voltage Technicians at Next Level Technician work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Every project is different; giving you hands-on experience and a chance to grow your skillset fast.
Responsibilities:
- Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
- Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
- Follow all site safety procedures and properly use PPE
- Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks (pulling cable, labeling, staging materials)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Take direction and training to develop technical skills over time
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
- Interest in building a long-term career in cabling or construction trades
- HVAC or Electrical experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
