Health Informatics Solution Coordinator Lead

As a Lead Health Informatics Solutions Coordinator, you will be responsible for operational support to technical assistance programs of national scope. You will work collaboratively with all entities involved in the program in the design and development of products or services to support contract deliverables. In addition, you may assist management in leading a team by assigning and reviewing tasks, developing processes, and coaching and training staff for the successful completion of the program.

\n What you'll do:

Operational Support:

• Ensure programs meet and exceed expectations by overseeing program activities, timeliness, and internal quality control standards
• Communicate efficiently and effectively to project team
• Provide direction to internal team and/or project team, providing continual status reports and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Utilize knowledge and expertise to research and resolve issues in a timely manner to the customer’s satisfaction

Documentation:

• Create, update, and review documentation and provide input for clarification and detail, ensuring information is accurate, thorough, and follows established processes and compliance requirements (i.e. 508 compliance standards)
• Provide final review of documents prior to Manager review and approval
• Ensure documentation is distributed to team members, end users, and/or customers in a timely manner

Client Management:

• Perform client needs analysis and assessment
• Manage client expectations and relationships
• Ensure programs and services meet and exceed client expectations by overseeing daily activities
• Interact with customers and partners, including other contractors, to ensure successful completion of tasks
• Coordinate with managers to ensure positive client relationships and that expectations align with contract specific requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Four-year degree in business, Information Systems, health care, and/or equivalent training and/or experience; 7-10 years’ experience in related field
• Demonstrated experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight
• 2-3 years’ client/customer management experience managing and owning client expectations and relationships
• 3-5 years’ experience leading professional or support staff
• Demonstrated experience with a health-related system and/or corporate systems
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with Windows, all Microsoft Office products, and other PC-based software products
• Intermediate knowledge and experience working with database applications, data trending/graphics and reporting tools.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with data collection techniques, basic data analysis and graphic representation of data
• Active Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID: As a CMS Contractor employee requiring routine access to a CMS federally controlled information system, this position requires establishing an Identity and Credentialing Tool (ICT) account and obtaining a EUA ID
  • If you do not currently hold an active EUA ID, you must complete the required training and obtain the EUA ID. Failure to obtain the EUA ID within this timeframe may result in the termination of employment
• Positions working on specific contracts may require U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with CMS and/or other federal agencies preferred
• Experience working on CMMI alternative payment models preferred
• Experience with CMS systems such as 4i, ServiceNow, ISP systems, CMS Confluence systems
