Role Description

Vookum is hiring an experienced watchmaker to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who knows luxury movements inside and out and takes pride in precision work. Beyond servicing, you'll play a central role in authenticating high-value timepieces—a core part of what we do.

What you'll do

• Decase, service, and reassemble luxury watches to manufacturer standards
• Authenticate timepieces, identifying genuine components, replaced parts, and counterfeits
• Diagnose movement issues and perform repairs, cleaning, and regulation
• Document the condition and authenticity of each piece accurately
• Work closely with the team to maintain quality and turnaround standards

What we're looking for xhyhwjd

• 2–3 years of professional experience decasing and servicing luxury watches
• Hands-on experience with major brands preferred (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and similar)
• Polishing experience is a major plus
• A strong eye for authentication and detail
• Familiarity with watchmaking tools and proper handling of high-value pieces
• Reliability, discretion, and a commitment to craftsmanship
