Quick Facts Location: Dayton Children's, Dayton, OH Start Date: 06/21/2024 Duration: Long-term assignment Shift: 8 or 10 hours (07:00-15:30 or 07:00-17:30) Hours per week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Ohio RN license, NBCRNA certification, PALS Experience: Preferred 1-3 years neonatal/pediatric anesthesia experience Pay & Benefits Salary: $250,000 - $290,000/year (based on experience) Sign-on bonus: Yes, based on commitment Additional Incentives: Possible yearly bonus CME/PTO: hours annually, with CME allowance of $3,500 Other benefits: 401k with match, deferred compensation, Mega backdoor Roth option, excellent healthcare What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients undergoing surgery Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop anesthesia plans Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels during surgical procedures Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative phases Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Participate in a level 1 trauma center with high-volume surgical cases What You Need Current Ohio RN license and NBCRNA certification Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program PALS certification 1-3 years neonatal or pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred) Strong communication skills and professional demeanor About the Assignment This position is based at a facility recognized for excellence in pediatric care, featuring 11 main ORs and additional surgical suites.
