Our mission remains the same - to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families.We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant MA for our Family Medicine department at the Broadway building Missoula location. Schedule - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, no weekends or evenings.The Medical Assistant MA will:Welcome patients and prepare them for their health care visitComplete intake assessments including medical history and vital signsAssist during proceduresMonitor, document, and administer medications and immunizationsPerform phlebotomy and point of care laboratory testingManage and prioritize patient portal (MyChart) and telephone communicationsParticipate in and support patient educationCoordinate ongoing care including referrals and prescriptionsPlay an essential role in fulfilling our missionHeighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary careBenefits offered:Health insuranceLife insurancePaid time off401(k) + matchVoluntary benefits include Dental insurance, Vision insurance, and Disability insuranceEmployee assistance programMinimum Requirements of the Medical Assistant MA position:Completion of Certified/Registered Medical Assistant program (must become certified within 6 month of hire) medical assistant experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic computer knowledge and proficiencyThe successful Medical Assistant candidate will be subject to a background check.An Equal Opportunity Employer
