Project Executive - Healthcare

Responsibilities The Project Executive develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible, with the support of the project teams and input from external stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing all company contacts with new and existing clients. The Project Executive may oversee a single large project or multiple projects. This position is responsible for generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff. Develop and implement project delivery plans with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Oversee one large project or multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Generate business, negotiate contracts, and contribute to estimating and bidding processes. Monitor project profitability and supervise project staff. Qualifications Project Executive Required Qualifications: 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction. 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects. 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects. 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety. 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control. 10+ years managing and developing successful teams. Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years prior relevant experience.
